I am Michelle Lowry's son. I am in 7th Grade, I am a part of my school's athletics team. I have won shot put in my school for the last two years in a row.
Had a three lap warm-up, then four intervals of 800m, the first and third being first lap easy, second lap hard, second and fourth being vice-versa. Each 800m was inbetween 4:00-4:20. Then ran two lap cool-down.
